The snow leopard is the most enigmatic and elusive of all the world’s large cats. Its presence is often revealed by footprints in the snow, but with planning and a little bit of luck it is possible to see this mystical mammal. Local trackers and guides take you on a physically demanding holiday using basic local housing and camping. You will see spectacular mountain scenery and a real chance of finding this high altitude predator as it follows the more accessible lower elevations for the winter months.
